R. L. Leintz Funeral Home's mission is to provide a Service Oriented Funeral Home in a modern facility where meeting the needs of families in times of need is paramount.

By offering a dignified array of services in the Greater Leavenworth and Lansing area through local ownership, we are giving back to the community through the local tax base and supporting the communities we serve. We provide funeral services with compassion and understanding, providing merchandise and services for every level of need.

Strategically located on the southern edge of Leavenworth and the northern edge of Lansing we are poised for greater access to all the residents of the area.

We will never lose sight of the needs of the families we serve at the expense of being profit driven to support a greater entity.

Our vision is to be able to offer services to any family without regard to religious beliefs or economic constraints.

Kent Leintz is a lifelong resident of the Leavenworth area. A graduate of Kansas City, Kansas Community College, he holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Mortuary Science. As the active owner of R. L. Leintz Funeral Home, he is a licensed embalmer and funeral director.

Kent's desire to build a modern, stand-alone funeral facility to provide an unparalleled level of professional service continues to be his passion. He enjoys bringing a personal level of service to the community while serving both families and visitors to the funeral home.
