Mary Florence (Wrisinger) Noble, 81, went to her Lord Friday, Jan. 20, 2012, at her home with family at her side.
She was born May 28, 1930, the daughter of Willie and Katy Emily (Holloway) Wrisinger. She was married to Edward Eugene Noble for 64 years. He survives. She is also survived by three children, Joyce E. Moya and Glen Wardlow who cared for her with love and devotion, Judy K. (Jerry) Makin of Kentucky and Joseph E. (Debbie) Noble of Virginia; seven grandchildren, Mike, Angela, Matthew, Jerry E., Paul C., Kassandra L. and Shaun; three step-grandchildren; six great-granddaughters; one great-grandson; three step-great-grandchildren; a sister, Mamie M. Trainer; and two brothers, Forest “Duke” (Harriet) Wrisinger and Willie Wayne (Ann) Wrisinger.
Mary was preceded in death by three siblings, Helen Barr, Harold Wrisinger and Ina M. Martin.
Mary was a loving caring person who enjoyed gardening, crafts and her husband and family. She will be missed but will live in our hearts and memories until we can join her.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2012, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. A funeral service will begin at 12:30 p.m. after the visitation at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery. A celebration of her life will be at the Moya-Wardlow home after the burial. All friends and family are invited. In lieu of flowers donations in her name are suggested to Hospice Partners of Kansas, 419 Shawnee, Leavenworth, KS 66048. Rest in peace.
