Marsha Lee Brockman, 60, of Leavenworth, died Monday, April 9, 2012, in Englewood, Colo. She was born Feb. 4, 1952, the daughter of Durwood and Thelma Ann (Racette) Beckman.
On June 6, 1970, she married Russell Brockman in Angelus, Kan. He survives at the home. She is also survived by her sons, Gabriel Brockman and Michelle Ferguson of Merriam, Kan., Russell Brockman II of Shawnee, Kan., Adrian (Monica) Brockman of Gardner, Kan., Aaron (Julie) Brockman of Manhattan, Kan., David Brockman of Merriam, Kan.; her daughter, Emily (Abel) Carmona McFarland, Kan.; her mother, Thelma Beckman of Oakley, Kan.; and her siblings, Lavonne Beckman, Reginald Beckman, Coleen Reams, Mike (Carol) Beckman, Joe (Ilene) Beckman, Sandra Beckman, Tom (Caroyl) Beckman, Paul (Brenda) Beckman, Barbara Beckman, Melanie Beckman, Erik (Michele) Howell and Christopher Beckman.
She was preceded in death by her father and a brother, Doug Beckman.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, April 15, 2012, at the R.L. Leintz Funeral Home. Mass of Christian burial will be at 10 a.m. Monday, at Sacred Heart Church with Rev. Phillip Winkelbauer as celebrant. Burial will follow at Leavenworth National Cemetery. Memorials are suggested to the funeral home.
